AMA Insights is a solution designed to enhance construction project management for AMA Group by delivering real-time reporting, in-depth analytics, and interactive data visualization. Using Microsoft Excell, Forms, Power Automate, and Power BI, our platform provides an efficient experience for data collection, workflow automation, and informed decision-making

The data collection process at AMA Group was manual, decentralized, and prone to errors. Project managers from various worksites reported daily project data using personal Excel sheets or images. This resulted in inconsistent data that was challenging to analyze effectively. Moreover, the process suffered from delayed updates and a high risk of data integrity issues. Additionally, the director struggled to track project managers, leading to further complications in project monitoring.

Recognizing the need for accurate, real-time insights, my colleague Mohamed Aziz Srairi and I set out to digitize AMA Group's data management. We designed a solution that streamlined data collection, improved accuracy, and enabled quick decision-making:
• We created a user-friendly data submission system with Forms. Project managers could effortlessly submit daily reports, ensuring that essential data was always up-to-date.
• Notifications were automated using Power Automate, ensuring timely communication and reducing the administrative workload for team members.
• We designed intuitive dashboards that allowed stakeholders to track project progress, identify trends, monitor KPIs, and draw conclusions with just a few clicks.
